After our first performance at the 'comedy night' in 2007,
we were approached by local benefactors who wanted us
release a recording of our songs to raise funds for local
charities.
In August 2008, Linda Phillips, Paul's wife, tragically died
from cancer. During her illness Paul was impressed by the
support given to Linda by the Macmillan Nurses.
After her death, Paul wanted to raise funds to support
Macmillan Cancer Care.
Macmillan nurses provide expert information, advice and support
to improve the lives of people with cancer. They may give advice
and information on treatments, practical, psychological and
emotional support, as well as assisting someone living with cancer
control their symptoms and pain.

So, our aim is to combine both of these good causes and raise
funds primarily for Macmillan Cancer Care, and also, with thanks
to our sponsors, raise some funds for 2 other local charities, The
Guilsborough Pre-School, and the Guilsborough Surgery Patient
Participation Group.
